Personal Identification Information: When you sign in using Google, we securely collect your Name, Email Address, and Profile Picture to create and manage your account.
User-Generated Content: We store the URLs and links you provide to generate your custom Linktree-style QR codes and profile pages.
Transaction & Order Data: If you purchase a premium plan, we record your subscription status, plan name, and purchase history (Order ID, Date) to unlock your premium features. Note: We do not store your credit card or sensitive banking details; all payments are processed securely by trusted third-party payment gateways (like Google Play Billing or BillDesk).

2. How We Use Collected Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

To authenticate your account: Your Google email is used to verify your identity and keep your data secure.
To provide our core services: Storing your links allows us to host your dynamic QR code profiles securely on the cloud.
To process transactions: Your order data ensures your account is instantly upgraded upon a successful purchase.
To personalize user experience: We use aggregate data to understand how our users interact with our app and to improve our features.
To improve customer service: Your information helps us respond to support needs more efficiently.

3. Data Safety and Security

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase (Firestore) servers. We implement appropriate data collection, storage, and processing practices, alongside strict security measures, to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information, transaction data, and generated links.

4. Sharing Your Personal Information

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users' personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information with our business partners and trusted affiliates. We may use third-party service providers (such as Google Firebase and payment processors) to help us operate our business and the App, provided that those parties agree to keep this information confidential.

5. Your Data Rights & Deletion (Under DPDP Act)

In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 of India, you hold the following rights regarding your personal information:

Right to Access & Correction: You can request access to your data or ask us to correct any inaccurate information.
Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): You have the right to request the permanent deletion of your account and personal data from our servers.
Right to Withdraw Consent: You can withdraw your consent for data processing at any time by logging out, deleting your account, or contacting us.

Your data is retained only as long as your account is active. Upon a verified deletion request, all associated links, orders, and personal data will be permanently erased from our active databases.

6. Changes to This Privacy Policy

QuickQR: Contacts or Links has the discretion to update this privacy policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage Users to frequently check this page for any changes to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect.
